全球众多知名桌游的发行商Asmodee，近日收购了Exploding Kittens Inc.45% 的股份。早在 2021 年，Asmodee就已购入这家桌游厂商 55% 的多数股权（详情请见：） ，此次收购后，该品牌正式被Asmodee完全控股。
