2025年12月31日，长电科技发布公告称，其全资子公司上海云鲛龙企业管理有限公司拟参股设立交融芯智（上海）股权投资基金合伙企业。该投资基金总规模达1346亿元，云鲛龙拟认缴出资4.038亿元，占投资基金30%的份额。
