After our last update about our snapping turtle eggs, many people asked to see pictures of the turtle fetuses that don’t develop properly. The one mentioned in the last post was and larger than this guy, but very improperly formed. This one had no visible abnormalities and looks like he was initially developing very well, but his development ceased about three weeks ago, likely due to the fact that his egg was collapsed.
