Brown will always be my second home. After hiding for 4 hours and being sheltered in for 12 total, experiencing Brown’s first snow this semester, and returning home a week earlier than planned, all I can think about is how grateful I am to be safe and to be part of such a strong community who uplifts and supports each other during and after immense tragedy. I’ve never felt more myself anywhere else, Brown is truly an incredible institution and a home away from home. May the victims rest in peace
