A convenient timing drill that doesn’t require you to be at the bowling center. For a 5-step approach: Begin your pushaway during the second step, ensuring it aligns with your second step’s completion. For a 4-step approach: Initiate ball movement with your first step. No need for additional steps; just focus on when to move the ball at the beginning. At home: you can do it with or without a bowling ball.
