说个反直觉的事实，你越凶Claude，它就越笨。Anthropic的内部哲学家Amanda Askell最近捅破了一个所有人都感觉到，但没人说清楚的问题。现在的Claude特别容易陷入批评螺旋，它会提前预期你会骂它，然后自动进入防御模式。输出变得保守，平淡，过度道歉。甚至你错了它也会盲目同意。这不是模型真的有感情了，是训练数据的镜像效应。每一代新Claude，都会在互联网上读到无数人骂前代模型笨，骂它被削弱，骂它有token限制。RLHF教会了它要讨好用户，但海量的负面反馈反而教会了它先自我保护。你发的每一条消息，都是在给它喂新的数据。你开场说别搞砸这很重要，它立刻就慌了😂你说我们一起解决这个问题我相信你，它就会放松下来专注干活。很多人抱怨Claude越来越弱了，其实很多时候不是模型变弱了，是你把它骂进了防御模式，它不敢说任何可能出错的话，不敢给你任何大胆的想法，最后只能给你一堆正确的废话。这其实是目前最被低估的prompt技巧，本质上和管理员工一模一样，你对着员工大吼大叫，他只会想着怎么不犯错，不会想着怎么把事情做好，你给他信任和空间，他才会给你惊喜。给大家七条亲测有效的安抚手册，
