I have been taking this methylfolate specifically since 2021 when I found out I have that gene mutation through a DNA test. It explained SO much! I had all of the above mental health issues and addiction issues. Methylfolate changed my life. Not everyone's experience is going to be the same obviously and it's not an overnight fix. Methylfolate isn't going to be for everyone. I read some of the negative reviews and I noticed alot were saying it gave them a headache or they got sick. That my friends, is because you have a build of heavy metals and toxins and you haven't been clearing them properly because of the gene mutation you probably have.
