Achieving your goals comes from your everyday checklist of tasks. It’s not in aggressively doing something for as long as possible before giving in, and starting over. It does take time, but it won’t feel so miserable, if you are working on actions that are do able. You have to be intentional and specific with what your day to day looks like. It has to be doable long term or you won’t keep momentum. You need that momentum to reach summer where you want to be. Instead of “I must eat low carb, I m
